At Meridian 151 we don't do team bonding, we do team building. Bonding comes as a result of the team building process and is what we base our success on.
Building on our practical experience, our approach to supporting a team to become truly high performing is to:

Build a real sense of ‘Trust’ within a team, using experiential techniques

Help the team to fully understand the characteristics and concerns of the individuals within the team, as means of changing communication within a team
3.
Interrogate and agree together the cultural ‘lived values’ of the team, creating the conditions for constructive debate that are the essential pre-cursors to building a true sense of accountability within the team
